Key Responsibilities: Capable of engaging with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently. Uses knowledge of customer context, solution or portfolio expertise, and technical and industry knowledge to build credibility with customers. Design/develop solution reference and/or PoC based on customer requirements using Microsoft Azure services and products, and/or 3rd parties/OSS solutions. Presents and applies architecture patterns to partners or customers and drives cross-workload support for Microsoft Solutions. Collaborates with Microsoft account, product, and support teams to enhance solutions and improve customer experience. Maintains an up-selling mindset and identified sales opportunities in daily customer interactions.
Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications. 1+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. Or 1+ years of public cloud solution development experience. Or equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Experience with public cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines, public cloud/securities etc. are big plus. Self-learning capabilities and willingness to learn new technologies to fulfill customer needs. Fluent in English.
