1. Demand planning
* Conduct RDR/TDR meeting according to planning calendar and work with OU marketing and Finance team to align forecast in quantity and value AOP
* Drive to improve monthly forecast accuracy
* Able to do deep dive analysis in forecast result, finding root cause and provide solid improvement plan
* Collaborate with global demand team via monthly demand call

2. Supply planning
* Inter-company shipment monitor to enable shipment accuracy and on time, collaborate IC DRP for trouble shooting.
* Weekly monitor supply status and minimize the number of backorders
* Able to foresee the risk and provide contingency plan to OU
* Closely work with OU marketing and global supply planner to get allocation for region
* Collaborate with global supply team via bi-weekly/or monthly supply call

3. Inventory management
* Monitor and review inventory performance every month & SOGL every quarter for achieving inventory AOP
* Provide forecast projection base on region’s requirement
* Able to identify slow moving and excess inventory and take appropriate actions on inventory optimization
* Able to analyze historical inventory trend and performance

4. Master data management
* Ensure data integrity in planning system ECC/APO and BY
* Make use of planning parameters in system to improve supply and demand planning process

5. Reporting
* Establish reports to improve work efficiency in the long run

6. Others
* Support team reporting if needed
* Support GC business.

Criteria:
* 3-5 years of experience in SCM planning in an international environment
* Experience in SAP ECC/APO and BY
* Strong analytical, communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills
* Excellence in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
* Able to work under pressure
