Major Duties and Responsibility: 61 Enhance Forecasting as well as forecast maintenance for demand modeling across all the sales channels; 61 Working with Sales Team in order to optimize orders and shipments targets and deliverable; 61 Supports Top Management in defining and establishing “best in class” planning processes and driving strategic and continuous improvement activities; 61 Developing key business performance metrics and reporting, securing the correct link between Business and other functions; 61 Proactively looking for opportunities to adjust and optimize business models based on performance; 61 Develop and maintain standard monthly reporting to be shared across all levels of the organization. Knowledge and skills: 知识技能要求 1. Ability to think cross functionally, join data from various sources and provide a clear direction on the future impacts; 2. Excellent English and communication skills (required to have contact with Corporate Team); 3. Advance Excel/BO skills, excellent data warehousing competence, strong business process and logic mindset; 4. Ability to troubleshoot and define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions in order to find a business solution, outstanding problem solving skills; 5. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills; 6. Business acumen and strong entrepreneurship attitude. Education and Previous Works: 教育背景要求 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; 2. Master degree is preferable; 3. Strategic consulting background preferred; Skills and Experience: 经验要求 1. Solid business analysis experience, at least 3 years; 2. Finance or Strategy background is preferable; 3. Appreciated experience in business due diligence and business re-engineering projects; 4. Familiarity with FMGC and Fashion/Luxury Companies.
