RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare and arrange work orders for all types of maintenance activities
Steering of work orders to meet the requirements of the plant operation and service units
2. Plan, realize and improve maintenance concepts according to the requirements of plant availability
3. Plan stock level of required spare parts and spare equipment with service units
4. Prepare preventive maintenance plans and control the realization
5. Plan and organize maintenance and repair works during plant shut-down
6. Ensure the realization of technical safety measures in the production facilities
7. Ensure the operation of the technical facilities according to environmental requirements
8. Plan technical measures and prepare investment applications with other involved departments
9. Plan and realize technical improvements and optimization of the production facilities
10. Manage plant related projects. Support weak point analysis of the production facilities
11. Support the management and update of plant documentation
12. Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc.
13. Manage and control Plant maintenance cost and related Capex Project cost

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree above. Major in electricity, instrumentation, automation or mechanical and electricity integrity
2. Rich experience expected in engineering or maintenance services with focuses on mechanical equipment and machinery
3. Basic knowledge of chemical process technology and production
4. Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese. German language is a plus point
5. Experiences with SAP preferred
6. Independent and team-oriented style of working which is characterized by a sense of responsibility, flexibility and a high level of personal initiative
7. Good interpersonal communication skills
8. A high level of organization and coordination capability
