Job Summary 1. In charge of routine contract review & management, process implementation and updating of Greater China area; coordinate with International and Global Legal Teams to standardize contract templates and streamline contract process; 2. Under limited supervision, provides general legal support to team members and all functions to achieve their business goals under the framework of local laws and established policies/procedures, including but not limited to, legal researches and analysis, document/report drafting, translation; 3. Provide independent corporate secretary supports; 4. Support litigations and arbitrations if any; 5. Identify contract training needs and manage such training; support other legal trainings; 6. Document filing and record system maintenance. Key Duties and responsiblities 1. Routine contract review & management 2. Supporting litigation and arbitration Education and Experience - A bachelor degree of law from a reputed law school is a must; - Minimum 2 years’ experience working with contracts at a law firm or at multinational life sciences company. Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials) - Qualified as a PRC lawyer or equivalent is a plus; - English speaker with excellent English writing and communication skills; - Team-work spirit is a must; Desire to work successfully in a team-oriented environment; - Positive working attitude; under supervision, able to manage a demanding workload and prioritize, able to work under pressure; Flexibility and ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities; - Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills; Maintain positive and effective contact with all team members and business partners; - Strong ability and willingness to learn; interests in aesthetics industry; - Strong OFFICE, computer, and internet research skills.
