Key Responsibilities: 主要职责: 1、Assist the general manager in formulating the business development strategy and planning of international trade, and provide strong support for the company's business expansion. 协助总经理制定业务发展战略和规划,为公司业务拓展提供有力支持 2、Follow up important business projects,coordinate resources of various departments to ensure the smooth progress and on-time delivery of projects. 负责跟进和管理重要业务项目,协调各部门资源,确保项目顺利推进和按时交付 3、Represent the general manager to conduct business negotiations and communications with domestic and foreign customers and partners,and maintain good cooperative relationships. 代表总经理与国内外客户、合作伙伴进行商务洽谈和沟通,维护良好的合作关系; 4、Assist the general manager in team management, motivate and cultivate the business team, and improve the overall business level of the team. 协助总经理进行团队管理,激励和培养业务团队,提高团队的整体业务水平 5、Be responsible for organizing and participating in various trade exhibitions and business activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and market influence. 负责组织和参与各类贸易展会、商务活动,提升公司品牌知名度和市场影响力
Job Requirements: 任职要求: 1、Bachelor degree or above,majors in international trade,business English,etc. and preferred. 本科及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业优先 2、Have more than 3 years of working experience in international trad business and be familiar with import and export business processes. 具有3年以上国际贸易工作经验,有总经理助理或业务管理经验者优先 3、Be fluent in English listening,speaking,reading and writing,and can be used as a working language. 优秀的英语听说读写能力,能够作为工作语言 4、Possess excellent communication,coordination and negotiation skills,and be able to respond flexibly in a complex business environment. 具备出色的沟通协调能力,组织和谈判能力,能够在复杂的商务环境中灵活应对
