Tasks ●Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders in the e-bike and broader cycling community ●Develop and execute KOL marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products ●Negotiate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with KOLs ●Utilize employee referrals, industry connections, and KOL networks to expand the reach of the posting ●Monitor and analyze the impact of KOL campaigns on brand awareness and sales ●Maintain a database of KOL contacts and manage ongoing communication ●Foster relationships with online communities and influencers to build a strong community of brand advocates. ●Actively participate in online conversations, sharing expertise about our products, and ensuring a positive brand image is upheld.
Qualifications: ●Experience in influencer marketing, particularly within the e-bike, cycling, or outdoor sports industries ●Strong networking and relationship-building skills ●Excellent negotiation and communication skills ●Ability to analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights ●Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field ●Self-owned KOL networks and resources in the cycling or outdoor sports industries would be prefered ●Proven certificates for a high level of English would be prefered
