Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining activities within the assigned category and scope of the quality management system to ensure that Company and Group QA objectives and targets are met.

- Implementing Group quality processes in day to day job.
- 在日常工作中实施集团质量流程。
- To provide technical support to ensure Products within the assigned product categories comply with the Groups Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements and UK/European legislation.
- 提供技术支持，确保指定产品类别中的产品符合集团的质量、安全和环境要求以及英国/欧洲法规。
- To visit and assess factories to ensure Suppliers & Factories in Asia are technically competent appropriate to the complexity of product.
- 参观和评估工厂，以确保亚洲的供应商和工厂在技术上有能力适应产品的复杂性。
- To review 3rd party audit/inspection/testing reports and take proper follow-up actions for the best interest of the business.
- 审查第 3 方审核/检查/测试报告并采取适当的后续行动。
- Minimise the business risk associated with both product and suppliers in product sourcing and supply chain, to make sure the products and suppliers are fully compliance with legal and company’s requirements.
- 降低产品采购和供应链中与产品和供应商相关的业务风险，以确保产品和供应商完全符合法律和公司的要求。
- Following the company’s sustainability strategy, develop and deliver sustainability projects for direct sourcing products.
- 遵循公司的可持续发展战略，开发并交付直接采购产品的可持续发展项目。

Person Requirements:
- Professional/Technical Qualification or degree, in an appropriate field from a reputable University. Experience in Lighting, Electrical and HVAC.
- 本科学历，相关专业。有灯具，季节小家电类的相关经验。
- Understanding of engineering in relation to reuse, re-manufacturing, recycling and the effects of carbon emissions.
- 了解与再利用、再制造、回收和碳排放影响相关的工程。
- English communication Skills.
- 有一定的英语沟通能力。
- Able to demonstrate in-depth detailed knowledge of (or capability of) British & European product safety & technical standards and associated compliance certification.
- 对英国和欧洲产品安全和技术标准以及相关合规认证有一定了解。
- Able to demonstrate practical experience of Supplier, Factory, CSR (Ethical) and ISO9000 audits and respective International standards/Audit criteria.
- 有一定管理供应商/工厂/CSR/ISO9000 审核的实际经验。
- Good numeracy skills and conversant in Word and Excel.
- 良好的计算能力，熟悉Word和Excel。
