Requirements Education - University degree and above Experience - At least 2 years working experience in sales fields with industrial software sales experience . Other skills - Good team player, good communication skill. - Mature, independent and proactive, confident. - Problem solving, hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure . - Be willing to travel frequently. Job Description Main Tasks Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Fulfill the sales target in his/her responsibity 30% - Implement KPI defined by his / her superior , including numbers of OEM & dealer, customer visits, project generation, A/R collection, etc. 15% - Follow technical specification and commercial rules during negotiations 15% - Report to NSM for all sales activity requests 10% - Support Order Processing Department during contract execution process 5% - Make effective customer presentation 5% - Marketing support and information collection 5% - Keep learning sales skill and software technology, and gradually become a professional sales and customers’ advisor. 5% - Report in time 5% - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned 5%
