Job Summary The project sales engineer will work within assigned geography area and pursue projects in all applicable customers and industries. Also, this role is responsible to work closely with the local business partners, provide necessary guidance and support. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 1. Build strong long-term win-win relationship with the customers in the assigned territory. 2. Drive primary demand based on understanding of customers’ application and business need. 3. Instill our technical advantages into customers’ preference to get us in the better position of market competition. 4. Leverage the business partners to identify and qualify opportunities. And guide the channels to convert opportunities into orders. 5. Interact across Emerson family and provide broad information to partners for the improvement 6. Monitor the after-sales customer service. Make sure we provide our customers valuable experience. 7. Build reliable connection with the customers. Promote company’s product and technical. 8. Understand market trend and collect valuable information to support company’s decision and strategy. 9. Other assignments arranged by line manager. For This Role, You Will Need: 1. Degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience especially in valves is preferred 2. Good understanding on product technology and customer site applications 3. Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth 4. Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated 5. Working experience related to the chemical- petrochemical industry is preferred 6. Basic English in both reading and writing 7. Willing to travel 8. Occupational Health and Safety Acumen
