Brief Description and Service Responsibly:
1、Master SAP system for everyday work activates.
2、Provide professional customer service to customers in a polite manner, patience and provide support is needed in related to sales orders.
3、Actively liaise between planners, warehouse, and logistics to ensure correct information and feedback for on-time deliveries.
4、Work with sales team to achieve the sales target.
5、Follow up and support another project.

Skills and qualifications required:
1、3+ years customer service experience.
2、Strong experience using SAP.
3、Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to understand and translate customer’s needs.
4、Open to fast paced work environment.
