61 PhD in immunology or similar field with at least 10 years of post-doctoral experience and 5+ years in industry 61 Deep knowledge in Immunology and Inflammation biology and MOA of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases 61 Experience in human and mouse immunology as well as animal models of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. 61 Experience with directing programs from discovery to IND 61 Previous experience with people management is required. 61 Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills, strong leadership and collaboration skills, efficient time management, and high degree of flexibility.
