Job Scope Customer Our customer from electronics, medical and servicing industries. Customer Support 1.Review customer drawing and involved in selection of the correct factory for manufacturing 2.Evaluation in terms of technical feasibilities, supplier chain and deliverability 3.Monitor the up keep the customer program progress to meet customer due date and expectation with timeline 4.Work with customer on the delivery progress on current program.
Factory Our factory ranging from internal to external and 3rd party test lab and or finishing Factory support 1.Working with the factory to resolved technical challenges on new and current projects 2.Support factory to understand their issue and feedback to customer 3.Preparation for approval documents from supplier to customer 4.Working with factory on current projects for technical and quality issue.
Requirements: 1.A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with Business Management skills 2.1-2 years of professional experiences in the project management with multi and/or cross-functional teams 3.Experience in dealing directly with customer engineers in a confident and persuasive manner 4.Basic knowledge in cost accounting 5.Ability to develop strategies approaches to better manage all projects (will be advantage) 6.With quick and analytical thinking to adapt changes in projects as well as problem-solving skills to resolving hindrances, conflicts and challenges arise during the development stage 7.Write and spoken English well
