Mission: Manage consumer database in daily basis and to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention by developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Achieve defined CRM targets in line with global guide & local market goal & strategy.
Functions and Responsibilities: 61 Manage in CRM database for daily execution and regular reports. 61 Develop and implement CRM campaigns through data analysis, setting customer segmentation strategies…etc. to ensure effective targeting of marketing campaigns and promotions. 61 Manage the company's loyalty program & consumer journey, including the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the program. 61 Coordinate details of implementation among internal and external parties. 61 Manage agency to deliver good performance and provide CRM programs intelligence from competitors. 61 Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to CRM programs, including customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. 61 Assist Marketing Manager in developing and managing the CRM budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the company's goals
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above. 61 At least 3+ years of experience in CRM, beauty industry will be preferred. 61 Good command of written and spoken English. 61 Strong leadership and ownership. 61 Detail-oriented, good communication skill, strong power of execution and analytical skills. 61 Sophisticated understanding and highly sensitivity in customer centric relationship building.
