Job Responsibility: - Oversees facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. - Manages building security systems, access control. - Oversees mail and courier services, and office supplies inventory. - Ensures all administrative activities comply with health and safety regulations. - Manages budgets related to facility operations and administrative services. - Develops and implements administrative policies and procedures. - Supervises and trains administrative staff, including receptionists, cleaners, and security personnel. - Manage the service of admin & facility related vendors, including but not limited to maintenance, security, cleaning, etc. Maintains good relationships with landlords and management offices. - Handles employee queries and concerns related to office facilities and services. - Coordinates with stakeholders to allocate office space efficiently - Provides administrative support to company activities & events - Executes the achievement of administrative goals by providing comprehensive administrative support.
Job Requirement: - 5+ years of experience in administrative or facility management roles - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in MS Office and facility management software - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Workable English
