Responsibilities: -Lead the CCI team‘s work in in our Asian Divisions (China and Rest of Asia). -Drive and ensure execution of the global compliance strategies and tactics within the divisions. Contribute to the formulation of the global compliance strategies and plans as part of the global CCI team. Share insights and feedback from the divisions to the global CCI team to be incorporated in global strategies and plans. -Conduct risk assessment and contribute to the global Compliance program workplan. Collect, analyze, and summarize the divisional input in the performance of Compliance risk assessments. Be accountable for and follow up of division action plans and activities in furtherance of the global Compliance program workplan -Maintain effective communication to the Divisional Management teams as well as other important stakeholders, such as HR and Legal. Continuously work on maintaining a relationship with all important stakeholders in the divisions built on trust, openness, and collaboration. -Manage the Autoliv Speak Up program and Helpline, Compliance case management and investigations in the Asian divisions. Act as lead investigator in some compliance investigations. -Conduct periodic analysis of Autoliv Helpline statistics, cases and other KPIs and provide monthly and quarterly reports to Management related to compliance helpline reports and investigations. -Monitor the effectiveness of the global Compliance program in the divisions. Requirements: - At least five years’ experience from working in a Compliance/Integrity function for a global company in a multicultural environment -Strong business understanding and leadership skills -Excellent communication skills – creating and delivering purposeful, relevant, and relatable content -Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint) -Excellent Chinese and English required -University Degree required – Law
