PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
基本工作职责:

1. Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding freight rates, shipping schedules, and documentation requirements.
客户支持:协助客户查询有关运费、船期和文件要求。
2. Quote Preparation: Prepare and send quotations to customers based on pricing from internal departments or external vendors.
报价准备:根据内部或外部供应商的运价,准备并向客户发送报价。
3. Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by coordinating with operations, customs, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
销售协调:通过与操作、海关和物流团队协调,支持销售团队确保服务的顺利交付。
4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
数据管理:维护和更新CRM系统中的客户和销售记录,确保准确性和合规性。
5. Documentation: Assist in the preparation and verification of shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
文件处理:协助准备和验证运输文件,如提单、发票和装箱单。
6. Order Tracking: Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to both the sales team and customers.
订单跟踪:监控货物状态,并向销售团队及客户提供更新信息。
7. Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team to help in decision-making. Ability to maintain and update the CRM system regularly.

8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the sales team.

9. Follow-Up: Follow up on quotations sent to customers to ensure timely responses and conversion into sales.

10. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
客户关系管理:与客户保持积极的关系,并确保他们对所提供的服务感到满意。

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 任职资格和技能要求
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
拥有工商、物流、供应链管理或相关领域大专或学士学位。
2. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in forwarding or logistics. Have experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred.
至少1 -2年在货运代理或物流的工作经验。有销售支持或类似职位工作经验的优先考虑。
3. Good written English and spoken English
良好的英语书面和口语能力。
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good sense of customer service
较强的沟通和人际交往能力,良好的客户服务意识。
5. Team spirit, ability to multitask and willing to work under pressure
具备团队精神,能够处理多重任务,抗压性强。
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
精通MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and freight management software is a plus
熟悉CRM系统和货运管理软件者优先。
8. Familiar with the procedure of seafreight/airfreight operation and forwarding related knowledge, understanding of international trade and freight forwarding operational process.
熟悉海运/空运操作流程和货运相关知识,了解国际贸易和货运代理操作流程。
