This position is to provide general support within Greater China scope on employee life cycle, HRIS maintenance, employee data management, employee movements monitoring, and various staffing reports and analysis on timely basis. Employee Data and HRIS Maintenance - Ensure Quality of Employee Data: Responsible for maintaining quality employee data, including but not limited to HRIS maintenance, staff profile management, organizational changes, and training records, all while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Coordinate System/Data Issues: Collaborate with support teams to address system or data issues promptly and as required. Reports, Organization Chart Updating - Collaborate with HRBP and Line Managers: Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and line managers to effectively manage all essential reports with a high degree of accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to, staff movement reports, workload reports, headcount (HC)/full-time equivalent (FTE) reports, turnover reports, HC Tracker, and the Organizational Chart, etc. - Assist with Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide support for other ad hoc staffing reports as requested by the direct manager. HR Operation - Oversee Employee Life Cycle: Take full responsibility for managing the entire employee life cycle process, including onboarding, internal transfers, and staff leave, through effective communication with relevant departments (IT, Finance, Administration, etc.). - Implement Employment Contract Policies: Strictly implement the employment contract signing policy and adhere to internal processes. Notify the direct manager or HRBP of any issues that may arise. - Support Permanent Residency Applications: Provide assistance with permanent residency applications as required. - Manage HR Administration Tasks: Handle various HR administrative tasks, such as purchase orders (POs), coordination of staff activities, and follow-ups. - Seek Operational Improvements: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvements in existing operational processes. - Support Benefits Programs: Assist in the management of benefits programs, including mandatory insurance and supplementary benefits like physical checkups and commercial insurance renewals. - Complete Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the direct manager. Required Experience & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or Compensation & Benefits roles within large multinational corporations (MNCs). - Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills for effective service delivery. - Open-minded, collaborative, and highly flexible. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial. - Strong English skills in both written and spoken forms.
