Job description/Main responsibilities: 83 Identification, qualification and development of High Potential Account relationships in Solar within your region 83 Development and implementation of a Strategic Action Plan for the profitable sales growth and of the region. 83 Develop sales channel of products, the channel of the project and maintain existing commercial relations with overseas customers. 83 Be responsible to the market exploring, business negotiations and contracts signing. 83 Responsible to the development of new customers and regular customers’ service and maintenance; be responsible to the setup of sales management system and implement. 83 Be responsible to the market trend analysis and collection of customer requirements (including latest Certification development) & competitors’ activities; supports products’ pricing, improvement and development. 83 Produce monthly sales results to defined performance targets for annual sales objectives 83 Commitment to the development of solid personal relationships at all key levels of the prospect/customer account 83 Submit weekly forecasts; Attend weekly sales and region-specific meetings; 4 weeks annually focused on regional sales meetings 83 Maintain accurate records of customer communication
Qualifications: 85 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 85 3-5 years strong experience in sales or business development in solar 85 Excellent communication skills, experience on Engineer is a advantages. 85 Can accept traveling abroad for short period as required 85 A strong desire to be a part of a rapidly growing business with an opportunity to progress
