Main Responsibilities：
- Technical supporting Heraeus Organic Chemical products
Prediction of customer’s technical base requests/Support stabilizing of Heraeus quality system/Drive PCN process
- Immediately help regular customers on demand
Handle complains on product/Moderate between customer and Heraeus Site
- Approach new customers for customer acquisition and support
Introduce our products/Motivate customers to use our products
- Support customer’s project
Answer requests, questions and help in case of problem/Continuously ask for feed-back and status
Visit periodically/Monitor progress and report to HQ
Qualifications：
1. Master or doctor degree of chemical/semiconductor related.
2. >5 years technical sales experience of semiconductor related chemicals products in photo resist business supply chain.
3. Strong communication capability in facilitating the business topics internally and externally.
4. Frequent travel required, mainly in China
