一、职位概述（Job Summary）：
负责质量体系的完善和维护；组织开展质量体系的内审； 管理DCC工作等。
Responsible for improving and maintaining the quality system; Organize internal audits of the quality system; Manage DCC work, etc.
二、工作职责 （Responsibility）：
1、负责推进ISO9001、IATF16949、绿色产品管理等体系，使公司质量体系不断完善。
Responsible for promoting the quality system and continuously improving the company's quality system.
2、负责指导质量体系推进小组的活动，使公司质量体系全面、有效地开展。
Responsible for guiding the activities of the Quality System Promotion Group to ensure the comprehensive and effective implementation of the company's quality system.
3、负责检查和督促体系文件的执行，以确保“文实相符”。
Responsible for inspecting and supervising the execution of system documents to ensure 'consistency between text and reality'.
4、提交有关质量体系、绿色产品相关方面的培训需求，不断提高员工质量/GP意识。
Provide training requirement on quality systems, green products, and 5S, and continuously improve employee quality/GP awareness.
5、负责协调、组织公司质量及绿色产品管理体系内审工作，不断优化公司质量管理体系。
Coordinate and organize the company's internal audit work, continuously optimize the company's quality management system.
6、管理并参与文件中心DCC工作，优化工作流程，提高工作效率。
Manage DCC work, optimize work flow and improve work efficiency.
7、负责维护Sony GP证书，客户PPAP窗口。
Sony GP certificate maintenance 、Customer PPAP window.
8、协调客户和认证公司的审核，追踪和核实纠正措施的有效实施。
Coordinate audits with clients and certification companies, track and verify the effective implementation of corrective measures.
9、组织相关部门制定、监控质量体系相关KPI等等。
Organize related departments to plan and monitor KPI related to quality system.
三、任职条件（Job Requirements）：
1、大专以上学历，微电子等理工科专业，5年以上相关工作经验，2年以上管理经验；
College degree above, majoring in microelectronics or other science and engineering fields, with over 5 years of relevant work experience and over 2 years of management experience.
2、英语读写熟练，能独立书写英文报告；
Proficient in English reading and writing, able to independently write English reports.
3、有较强的决策能力、协调能力，主动学习，能在短时间内融入团队；
Strong decision-making and coordination abilities, actively learns, and can integrate into the team in a short period of time.
4、熟悉IATF16949五大工具之 APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC , ISO9001 Leader Auditor, VDA6.3 Process Auditor。
Be familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC of IATF16949 , ISO9001 Leader Auditor, VDA6.3 Process Auditor。
