岗位职责
根据供应商清单对供应商进行品质绩效评估（月、半年、年度）
Evaluate the quality performance of suppliers according to the supplier list (monthly, semi-annual and annual).
推动供应商导入常用的质量工具，QC七大手法、8D Report 等品管手法
Promote suppliers to introduce common quality tools, seven QC methods, 8D Report ａｎｄ other quality control methods
参与供应商初始样品的评估放行工作
Participate in the evaluation and release of initial samples from suppliers
建立完善规范的进料检验程序及QIP
Establish and improve standard incoming inspection procedures and QIP
参与供应商质量目标达成状况的监督以及改善
Participate in the supervision and improvement of suppliers' quality objectives
负责辅料供应商的日常质量管理
Responsible for the daily quality management of auxiliary materials suppliers
月产品异常汇总/周月报制作
Monthly product anomaly summary/weekly monthly report preparation
来料过程不良的确认以及产线退货品的处理
Confirm the defective incoming materials and deal with the returned products in the production line
参与供应商过程变更及材质变更的确认管控
Participate in the confirmation and control of supplier process change and material change.
参与供应商研发试产/打样阶段产品确认，节点跟进
Participate in supplier R&D and product confirmation during the trial production/proofing stage, and follow up with nodes
参与8D Report 的发出及时效管控及改善效果的跟进
Participated in the issuance of 8D Report and the follow-up of timeliness control and improvement effect

任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in science and engineering related;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in quality management of automotive industrial;
3. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO/TS16949;
4. Strong ability to handle problem independently;
5. Proficient in computer office software, SAP system;
6. Familiar with plastic injection process will be preferred;
7. Good cross departmental communication skill;
8. English reading & writing ability, oral will be preferred.
