What you'll do As a common base tech service engineer, will work with Volvo global common base tech ART, hereinafter referred to as CBT, secure CBT area from requirement to vehicle performance working as design intend, CBT area including but not limit as Vehicle Mode Management/Start Manager/Manage Electric Energy/Resource Management/Wakeup Shutdown etc.. The work scope including but not limited as: Responsible for all platform wakeup & shutdown, QC boxcar and vehicle testing, including both automatic and manually testing, and issue analysis, create fault report and handshake with stakeholders, following fault report status and verify on time Developing, maintenance and optimize automation test case and test script in CBT area Fault tracing and troubleshooting wakeup & shutdown, QC related issue in factory/port/aftersales market Acting as the interface between global team and China R&D Support and fault tracing vehicle building issues of CBT area. System design in CBT area in the future Other work assigned by Manager & PO
What you'll bring Experience working with CBT area, Including but not limited to Autosaur Network Management, vehicle mode (or called power mode), low voltage energy management, diagnostic, power feed,2D Schematic Diagram, etc... Good Knowledge of AUTOSAR Network Management specification and testing. Good knowledge of diagnostic and software download Good skill of using vector tools (Canoe, CANalyzer), RT rack, LEM sensor or similar tools getting quiescent current, oscilloscope etc. Basic knowledge of C++ & MATLAB C1 driving license and Proficient driving skills. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Strong leaning ability and desire to learn, strong self-discipline ability. Good skill of CAPL and python.
