Responsibilities:
· Support asset licensing and other IP transactions, including drafting, reviewing, translating, and negotiating agreements in both Chinese and English
· Prepare agreement templates
· Daily legal support
· Conduct legal research on business related matters
· Trademark portfolio management
· Other assignments as appropriate
Qualifications:
· Graduate degree in law
· 5+ years of work experience in transactions a law firm, with solid experience in life science transactions
· Oversea experience strongly preferred, or solid experience in preparing English legal documents
· Fluent verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English
· Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
