Main Responsibilities & Indicator 主要职责及指标 1.Calculate and check costs and quotations 2.Follow up on new product development, including offer accurate product specifications, special requirement and expected finished date 3.Assist Sales Manager with sales activities, like the arrangement of client meetings and presentations, accompany customers visit and inspection 4.Develop executive level relationship with key accounts 5. Order process and delivery coordination, making sure customers order can be delivered as required and we can get payment on time as agreed 6.Follow up with operational departments on customers requirements 7.To help with customer complaints, tracking complaints result, and customer satisfaction survey 8. Collect sales statistics of key accounts, for sales status analysis and give input to Sales Manager on customers and competitive trends
Experience/Education Required 任职资格 1.University graduate, major in sales & marketing or engineering is preferred 2.At least 5 years working experience as account service or sales, preferably in manufacturing industry 3.Good demand of English language skills, fluent in both oral and written 4.Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills 5.Outgoing, teamwork oriented and mature 6.Hardworking and able to work under high pressure
