工作职责: Together with the Sales Manager and other team members you’ll make an important contribution to sales success in the pre-bid and bidding phase of a project. As part of the team your tasks include identifying customer needs, developing and evaluating the right logistics solutions, preparing sales proposals and presenting these to customers. During the tender process you’ll work on complex technical and business issues and develop solutions using automation equipment from Vanderlande and preferred suppliers. For the internal organization you’re the contact person on technical and concept specifications in relation to the project, and you will play an important leading role in the transfer from sales team to project execution team.
1. Gather comprehensive information from customers and official tenders and identify the expectation from customer 2. Make plan for bidding process and define winning strategy with Sales Manager 3. Analyse data, process, risks and opportunities, cashflow and investigate pertinent technologies 4. Define system concept and provide competitive solution and get to a common view with customer and potential 3rd parties 5. Evaluate resale scope and quotation and collect other information by coordination with internal organization locally and globally. 6. Calculate prices, create quotation documents and prepare presentations to customer 7. Present to customer, and clarify all the open points during evaluation period 8. Negotiation for the final contract mainly technical part and prepare the paperwork 9. Transfer a project to internal operation team to make a smooth take-over
任职资格: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Similar. Knowledge in material handling system and market could be a plus but not required. 2. 3+ year related work experience, preferably having experience on the automated sorter system for express parcel and post market. 3. Analytical ability to identify and solve logistics problems in structured methodologies 4. Communication skill with Customer and internal colleagues. 5. Fluent in both written and oral English. 6. Willing to travel for sales activities
