KC Internation Personal Care is embarking on an exciting journey to strengthen the customer development team by having a regional Sales Capability Lead and is looking for a Manager having Strong business acumen such that the individual can coach and facilitate key markets on dialling up Future Readiness on Sales Capability. This position is expected to deliver world class Sales Capability and Customer Development Strategy & Implementation for KC IPC Markets.
Post Covid-19, the way customer / retailers buy and engage with organizations and brands have undergone a massive transformation. The purchase behaviour or frequency changes present to us a top and a bottom line opportunity if Sales Capability is dialled up so that our teams can have meaningful engagement with the stakeholders (Like Frontlines Sales Team, Key Account Managers, Sales Managers etc)
Sales Capability Manager is responsible for driving and sustaining strategic initiatives, seizing potential opportunities with acute insights and developing sales force capability by leading the implementation of specified sales tools and executing programs to sustain them. He/She will work closely with the respective countries and partner in the development of the sales team across three key pillars namely, People, Systems and Process.
Key Responsibilities captured in 4 buckets : A) Key Account Channel Business Optimization: Partner with Country Sales Directors to seek potential growth in NKA/E-com/Chain Stores. B) New and Emerging Channel Building: Focus on Omni Channel/Quick Commence/Social Commence/C2C with corporation with Sales/MKT/Digital team from local/region/global to build world-class understanding and model from commercial side. C) Leveraging Technology in our ways of working: Using Technology to Eliminate Human Effort (Embarking on Person Independent Tech Solutions like Traffic Analysis/Social Listening) with internal team and external enablers. D) Capability Building of our Frontline Teams: Create an IPC region sales & trade marketing capability annual plan aligned to Regional and Global priorities.
About You: You have at least 8-10 Years of experience in Sales in Top Tier Consumer Goods (CPG). Solid experience in E-com channel is must, multiple channels like Quick Commence/Social Commence will be preferred. You possess both sales and channel / trade marketing experience handling large customers & categories would be preferred . Strong skills in leadership, collaboration, influencing, analysis and communication, open minded for diverse culture and business model. Multiple countries experience will be preferred. Ability to thrive & be agile in ambiguous and unstructured environments. Strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills are needed. Fluency and excellent communication skills in English.
