Key Responsibilities 1. Leverage various data resources to optimize business performance tracking reports as needed – performance tracking reports on a weekly basis 2. Work closely with Finance Team to prepare YTD/ QTD performance reports aligned as defined roles – reports monthly 3. Support marketing activities including executive engagements, customer MOU signing ceremony, and cross-division workshops/ events initiated internally and externally 4. Draw customer profiles for focused accounts by providing data analysis sourcing from different databases 5. Administration of Master Service Agreement: stamp progress includes communicate with legal team, sales team, and other function team 6. Arrangement of customer visits to Customer Experience Center Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above, basic knowledge on Biotech or Chemistry 2. Logical and critical thinking, open-minded, and strong business sense 3. Proficient in Excel, Power Point, SFDC 4. Good verbal and written communication skills 5. 5+ years of experience with Sales Operation analysis, commercial excellence, SFE, data analysis 6.
