Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Based on customer persona in different business and platform, support leaders to formulate long term and short term strategies and implement plans for eTeam by internal and external resource. * Coordinate internal resource, cross-division marketing resource and third-party operation resource to implement plans to generate more leads and increase the leads quality. * Execute Search engine marketing advertising and develop search engine keywords promotion plans and strategies. * Collaborate with global teams to obtain high-quality customer engagement resources and conduct targeted promotions through localized production. * Continuously improve customers’ digital experience through data analysis, content optimization and other methods to convert more leads. * Promote the use of AI tools through global cooperation, empowering product, industry, marketing and sales to improve more efficiency.
Qualifications:. * BS/MS degree in marketing or related field * At least 3-4 years working experience in digital marketing, medical device industry background or social agency background will be preferred. * Knowledge of social media is an advantage. * Good experience of e-commerce & SEM/SEO * Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. * Demonstrated organizational skills: the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy. * Ability to work well independently as well as in a cross-functional team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high sense of responsibility, patience and confidentiality.
