Key Responsibilities: 1. Process Optimization: 61 Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement. 61 Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. 61 Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and implement lean manufacturing principles. 61 Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, and make adjustments as needed. 2. Performance Improvement: 61 Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. 61 Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement. 61 Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement. 61 Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to management. 3. Continuous Improvement: 61 Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. 61 Implement and oversee Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. 61 Train and coach team members on improvement tools and techniques. 61 Facilitate problem-solving sessions and lead cross-functional teams in implementing improvement initiatives. 4. Project Management: 61 Manage and coordinate various operational excellence projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation. 61 Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met. 61 Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. 5. Collaboration and Communication: 61 Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams (Chinese/ English speakers), including operations, IT, and management. 61 Provide training and support to team members on improvement methodologies and best practices. 61 Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for operational excellence initiatives. 61 Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of improvement efforts.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management is plus, or a related field. 61 Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with solid experience and a proven track record of driving operational improvements. 61 Proficient in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, Certification in these areas is preferred 61 Fluent in English communication (Written and spoken) 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes. 61 Excellent project management and presentation skills. 61 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 61 Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.
