Key Responsibilities：

1.Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

2.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, responsibilities, goals, and deliverables.

3.Overseeing the tracking of all project deliverables

4.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challengesand ensureproactive problem solving.

5.Ensuring management, maintenance and completion of project documents.

6.Ensuring appropriate storage, distribution and maintenance of project documents.

7.Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.

8.Allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure team members have the necessary tools and information to meet project goals.

9.Implement project management best practices to monitor and control project execution.87Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

10.Communicate project status, milestones, and potential risks to relevant parties.

11.Ensureproactive engagement with customers including regular site visits where required.

12.Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

13.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

14.Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.



Critical Competencies for Success：

An PM Engineer(degree or equivalent educated) holding a formal qualification in project management, PMP certificationis a plus.
