The purpose of this role is to be the key business partner for the Marketing Commercialization Director and Marketing Commercialization teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Lead financial analysis in support of the marketing commercialization teams in China including analysis for new product launches, product launch post completion analysis, long term category planning with the Platform, and pricing analysis 61 Drive Profit & Lose improvement through mix analysis, SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) reduction, ROI (Return On Investment) analysis on marketing spend, pricing etc 61 Drive Net Sales and Share through competitive response plans, share growth plans, and base business growth plans 61 Perform month-end activities including managing, accruing, and reconciling agency fees and marketing expenses 61 Own financial planning for marketing expenses and new product launches as part of Cor plan process, official forecasts and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) 61 Ad-hoc requests from customer and Platform marketing commercialization teams and or the Finance Director Required Skills/Experience/Competencies: 61 7 years’ experience 61 Bachelor’s degree and above 61 Strong accounting and financial skills; Demonstrate ability to influence across organization; Ability to implement and enforce internal controls Job Requirements: 61 Full time 61 This role is not eligible for relocation Benefits and Culture: 61 Ongoing training and development 61 Family-owned company, with a family feel 61 Be a member of a company championing a better world through sustainability and environmental protection measures
