Accountabilities: 1.Develop and implement the products promotion plans. 负责制定并执行产品的学术推广计划和方案 2.Continuously learn products knowledge and promotion skills; provide related medical and product information delivery, academic consultation and solution to clients with a diverse range of promotional approaches. 通过不断学习掌握产品知识及专业的推广技能,运用多元化的推广方法向客户提供医疗和产品相关信息的传递沟通、学术咨询和解决方案 3.Collect and give feedback about the products clinical practice and report timely. 收集、反馈产品临床使用情况、不良反应信息等,记录并即时报告 4.Build and develop good relationship with internal and external customers incl. healthcare professionals via regular visits and academic platforms and internal collaboration, assist in ensuring products’ accessibility in various of channels, promote the good image of company. 通过定期学术拜访和搭建学术平台以及内部协同合作, 建立和维护与内外部客户包括医疗卫生专业人士良好的合作关系,协助确保公司产品在多渠道的可及性,保持优秀的企业形象 5.Complete all the tasks assigned by the company and line manager. 完成公司及上级交予的其他任务
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification: 1.College Degree and above. 大专及以上学历: 2.Major in medication or life science related. 医学、药学、生物制药等生命科学相关专业
