Your role and responsibilities Job Summary: Conduct marketing activities using all available marketing tools and platforms for existing and potential products, systems and/or services for assigned markets. Collaborate with business sales teams and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities develop customized co-marketing programs. Participate in and improve the conversion rate of leads from marketing campaigns, focusing on the operation and conversion from leads to sales opportunities and business performance
Qualifications for the role Key Responsibilities: 61 Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing according to local business demand. 61 Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement. 61 Follow up the leads of potential customers obtained from the marketing campaigns to ensure 100% of leads are handled effectively, hand off where appropriate to Front End Sales or VPs. 61 Analyze and report the KPI regularly; track sales leads and manage in a closed loop. 61 Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and creativity.
Requirements/Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above 61 At least 6 years industrial B2B marketing experience, major of communication or marketing with Manufacturing industry background is preferred 61 Demonstrated ability to successfully manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion. 61 Proficient in marketing tools and software, analytical tools, and social media platforms, experience in CRM is a plus (i.e. Salesforce) 61 Strong written and spoken abilities in both Chinese and English are required. 61 High sense of action and purpose, ability to break out old patterns 61 High flexibility and ability to deal with emergencies
