Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for supporting the HR life-cycle activities to ensure the quality delivery & compliance, including but not limited to on-boarding & off-boarding, C&B, Training & Development, Performance Review and other HR porjects. 2. Take ownership of recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, cold calls, interview arrangement, evaluation and recommendation of potential candidates for further interview. 3. Assist employees for any HR functional questions such as supplementary medical insurance, HuKou application, working visa application, IIT, go through a series of onsite application at local bureaus or governments when necessary. 4. Manage employee P-file/HR File employee’s data and leave record in an accurate manner. 5. Coordinate with external vendor to prepare all related document for the application of Working Permit and Residence Permit for foreigners. 6. Interface with external agencies and vendors to ensure the best service to Haygrove including FESCO, 51 Job, headhunters, and the local training suppliers. 7. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned be line manager.
Job Requirements: 1. 2-4 years’ HR general working experience in global companies, be familiar with recruitment, the labor law and local regulations. 2. High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, result-driven and client-orinted while able to work under multi-tasks. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong self-learning ability. 4. Strong excel and PPT skills and good command of written and spoken English. 5. Flexible and readinessto work in a challenging and dynamic learning environment. 6. Bachelor degree or above with relevant major in HR, English or Business Management, etc. will be a plus.
