岗位职责: 1. Assist Marketing Manager to develop the marketing strategy and marketing plan for cardiovascular interventional business including current CVI product line and upcoming new products; 协助市场经理制定对心内介入业务的市场战略及市场计划,包括现有的产品线和新产品上市; 2. Design and implement detailed marketing activities in all levels nationwide, including but not limited to participating in national academic conferences, organizing clinical presentations, academic salons, and department meetings; 设计及执行全国范围各个层面的市场活动,包括但不限于参加全国性的学术会议,组织临床讲演和学术沙龙或科室会等; 3. Work closely with key accounts to set up national training centers and reference centers, and assist in the implementation of strategic projects in line with the marketing plan; 根据市场计划,与重点客户紧密合作建立全国性的培训中心和示范医院, 并且协助战略项目落地; 4. Maintain good relationships with KOLs to develop clinical cooperation projects; 与临床专家保持良好关系,开发临床上的学术合作; 5. Liaise with the international marketing team to update and develop local marketing/sales tools, promotional materials, and training materials; 与总部市场部联络,及时更新及制定适合中国市场的市场/销售工具及培训材料; 6. Provide expertise product trainings to distributors, customers, and Bracco internal colleagues; Serves as technical adviser to help region sales teams demonstrate products and troubleshoot product issues; 向经销商、客户及公司内部同事提供专业的产品培训;作为技术专家,协助销售展示产品及解决产品疑问; 7. Collect and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity in the cardiology market and deliver related reports monthly; 收集并分析心内领域市场趋势,客户行为和竞争者活动等信息,汇总分析后月度上报。 8. Track on sales performance at the end of month to collect clinical related issues and work closely with regional sales to develop initiatives。 月底跟踪销售情况并收集临床相关的问题,与区域销售共同协商解决方案。 任职要求: JOB REQUIREMENTS 录用条件和工作要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Cardiology specialty is preferred; 本科及以上学历,心脏学及相关专业优先考虑; 2. At least 5 years of product marketing experience in Medical Devices MNCs; Intracardiac intervention specialty is preferred; 至少5年心内介入领域医疗器械或高值耗材产品相关的市场工作经验; 3. Good understanding of cardiovascular interventional procedures or cath lab working flow; 熟悉心内介入手术工作流程或心内导管室工作流程; 4. Solid product full life-cycle management experience with medical background. 具有医疗产品的全生命周期管理的经验。 5. Mature, independent, self-motivated personality; 具备成熟,独立,自我激励的特点; 6. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders in the organization as well as customers. 具有良好的沟通能力及组织协调能力; 7. Fluent English in oral and written and excellent MS OFFICE skill 精通英语以及良好的计算机操作技能; 8. Working under pressure and willing to travel. 具备较强的抗压能力以及愿意出差; 9.
