【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 工作内容】 1. Campus facilities maintenance; 2. Test, inspect, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair Facility systems, ensure utility supplies stable and no interruption to impact the manufacturing operation; 3. Building maintenance and environmental improvement, manage a team of facilities personnel and maintenance contractors to achieve business results in terms of cost, site delivery, timeliness and quality; 4. Prepare facility maintenance strategy, responsible for maintenance, vendor management and contract administration covering services related to facilities management; 5. Organize maintenance with own staffs or subcontractor, build a strong working relationship with the building landlord and building services staff to ensure proper integrity of services provided; 6. Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and environmental guidelines and establish critical systems testing and emergency procedures, as well company policies and procedures; 7. Establish performance criteria and parameters for vendors and service providers, in conjunction with procurement, initiates leverage on vendor contracts, service agreement; 8. Reduce, manage, analyze and report operating expense, deploy facilities cost saving programs (e.g. energy, water, gas, electricity & etc); 9. Maintain proper documentation of requests, changes, incidents, QMS & etc; 10. Work with clients and management to continually look for ways to improve service quality, service ratings and leverage opportunities; 11. Guide and supervise all facility equipment and landscape maintenance, site housekeeping; 【REQUIREMENTS 岗位需求】 1. Diploma in any disciplines; 2. 5 years & above of relevant working experience in Facilities / Administrative positions; 3. Able to converse well in Written English; 4. Possess leadership skill.
