职位描述
1. Report tools enhancement
1) Work with ISD to develop daily commercial report automation system based on business mindset/experience
2) Report automation to cover all commercial KPIs: export performance including TEUs, Revenue, CM, target segments development tracking (OOG/Reefer/Cross trade/Intermodal/BCO)
3) Prepare training material and sessions of new report system to China commercial related colleagues
4) Support new PIL CRM development

2. Job assignment review and backup plan setup
1) Review job assignment within China commercial team to have very clear responsibility for everyone in the team
2) Prepare a workable backup plan to ensure business continuity

3. Streamline sales daily work to stay aligned with sales transformation plan
1) Stay close with Singapore Headquarter and share latest sales transformation directions to branches
2) Analysis the performance data to push China branches towards segmentation strategy
3) Review current sales daily works and improve internal communication efficiency by streamlining the workflow

4. Continue developing BCOs and China key accounts
1) Monitor BCO performance of China branches
2) Summarize the difficulties of BCO development and coordinate with trade team
3) Take lead on China key accounts/global tenders

5. Manage D&D waiver/discount with commercial justifications
1) Standardize the D&D waiver application format to ensure clarity and consistency, especially in terms of justifying commercial needs from applicants and branches clearly
2)Review the workflow with GCAM and Trade for D&D approval process to improve efficiency and minimize D&D waiver/discount

Essential Experience:
1. A Bachelor's degree holder with at least 8 years' work experience in a commercial role within the shipping or freight forwarding industries.

2. Possesses a strong business mindset and communication skill to align effectively agencies with head quarter towards same/shared strategic directions.

3. Proven track record of key account management.

4. Capable of conducting logical business analysis and providing quantified guidance to agencies to achieve commercial excellence.
