The role will be accountable for steering all sales activities of Brembo aftermarket GBU in China under the One Brembo perspective (including traditional AM, Upgrade Auto, and Moto businesses) and delivering result.
Responsibilities: - Define sales and distribution strategy both in B2B and Omni-channels. - Establish overall operational plan on strategy execution and drive the implementation. - Set target and monitor the performance against the standard and target in areas of revenue, forecast, DSO, profitability, cost control, etc. - Develop and manage relationships with high level managers of key account customers to maintain constructive relationship between the company and the customers. - Identify and report business opportunities in target markets and maximize the utilization of the new business opportunities, e.g., Moto and Upgrade businesses. - Provide initiatives of key account sales activities, support the negotiation and construction of sales terms, ensure the delivery of the plan to meet annual targets. - Support, motivate, improve and develop sales organization to maximize sales efforts and effectiveness. This includes performance management and coaching. - Ensure the teamwork and collaboration across supporting functions in terms of Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Controlling, Customer Service, Quality, etc.
Qualifications: - Master’s degree (MBA preferred) favorable but Bachelor also OK in business and engineering combined. 10-15 years of relevant experiences from large multinational companies in a similar role. - Deep understanding in the automotive aftermarket, especially in brake system segment. Knowledge of motorbike and upgrade (tuning) products will be a big plus. - Deep experience of developing and implementing overall operating processes specifically within Sales & Marketing, including but not limited to policies, processes that may influence the execution in the business. - Proven experience developing and implementing key strategic initiatives within a complex business environment. - Extensive experience leading and growing a high-performance sales team with multi-layers structure. - English proficiency is must.
