Define product go-to-market strategy and plan with assigned product line and in the designated market, work closely with commercial team to ensure the implementation and realize the growth of the business.
Responsibilities: 1. Product Management - Define of product offering and positioning strategy. - Propose pricing and value chain design (through the distribution chain) based on market intelligence and business plan strategy. - Yearly preparation and regular update of product line plans. - Develop, implement, monitor and review product-oriented marketing campaigns and results, make continuous improvement for efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead new product launch process and launch campaign. 2. Sales Support - Closely work with trade marketing to maximize brand impact in trade environment and ensure key message delivery. - Analyze channel and customer business, understand trade and connect with sales team in marketing plan execution. - Assist activities in terms of product training, trade fairs and industry KOL related communication. 3. Demand Management - Provide forecast with accuracy target. - Liaise with logistics department to ensure adequate supply of products. - Manage packaging according to regulatory changes and ensure smooth supply.
Qualifications: 1. Education level and/or relevant experience(s) - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or engineering. - At least 5 years of product marketing experiences in large multinational companies from automotive aftermarket industry. - Track record of product go-to-market activities in terms of initiatives, projects and campaigns. - Familiar with cross-regional / international communication environment. 2. Knowledge and Skills (general and technical) - Good command of English. - Computer skills (Access, Excel, PPT). - Business acumen. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Can work independently under pressure.
