Client needs a Program Manager who has experience with Agile/Scrum management in clinical trials (must) and healthcare projects, portfolio management experience being a must. Fluent English communication.
The position combines project management responsibilities with in-depth, hands-on technical expertise. The Project Manager is responsible for working with a project team that may include developers, researchers, designers, as well as operational and clinical representatives. The role entails managing multiple projects concurrently, building cross-functional plans, budgeting, coordinating resources, managing issues, as well as ensuring timely delivery through the full software development life cycle, including launch and post-launch activities. 61 Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives – full Software Development Life Cycle. 61 Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team. 61 Drive Risk identification and proactive risk mitigation. 61 Ensure risks and issues are proactively communicated/escalated to appropriate levels. 61 Monitor the flow of work (User Stories) and coordinate within the team to determine optimal work intake and flow in the delivery. 61 Facilitate team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team. 61 Provide input and assistance for the creation and management of project plans during an implementation and / or ongoing operational effort 61 Work with internal program/project managers and product managers during implementations to create a single program plan across all DSDI workstreams 61 Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams preferred. 61 Strong collaboration and influence skills. 61 Excellent written and communication skills. 61 Self-motivated individuals with demonstrated ability to handle multiple high priority demands, manage expectations and achieve objectives. 61 Able to handle large scope and high complexity within the agile teams.
