Role 61 Contributing to Budweiser APAC digital transformation, as a Product Manager of MarTech at Commercial Tech, you are responsible for delivery of multiple digital consumer experiences related products. Partnership with product owners and agile engineering teams, you work on continuously improving and evolving the products, maximizing the value for the consumers and the company 61 will play a key role on developing digital consumer experience in the China market, by leveraging all data and products to empower business teams to drive incremental revenue ultimately out of delivering digital experiences. Responsibilities 61 Develop product and service strategies for MarTech solutions in China including digital consumer engagement, CRM, CDP, etc. 61 Become the expert on best practice of digital consumer domain and continue to seek out new methods, business models, marketing tactics and technologies to keep at the forefront of the industry 61 Breakdown business requirements to detailed technical backlogs and ensure end-to-end quality assurance approaches 61 Create User Stories, Use Cases, Flow Charts, PRD based on business requirements, functional & non-functional requirements and system requirements 61 Drive product development following the agile methodology and work closely with product owners and engineering teams to communicate on product development progression with stakeholders 61 Ensure systems are correctly configured to meet business needs in a timely fashion Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, economics, applied statistical or comparable degree 61 5+ years' experience working on an end-to-end consumer digital product delivery projects / program 61 Digital domain experience at the top tier companies or experience working at a company with a large, high value brand 61 Passionate about technology, mobile, internet, and user experience with UX and UI design 61 Passion for identifying emerging trends in the digital space and leading innovation 61 Strong executive presence and executive communications skills 61 Background and skillset to manage complex initiatives from start to finish 61 Strong interpersonal with ability to communicate and achieve results across multiple audiences in complex organizational structure 61 Fluent in Chinese & English (written & verbal) Equal Opportunity Employer Budweiser China is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to workplace diversity and non-discrimination.
