Responsibility 1) Initiate and drive the cultural and organizational transformation needed to enable our ambitious growth & transformation plans in the region. 2) Provide HR consulting, executive coaching, insights and solutions on people and organizational issues to address business & transformation challenges. 3) Coordinate, inspire and partner with an international team of HR professionals to achieve the desired goals, create learning & development opportunities through interactions and regional projects, motivating and developing the HR team to ensure delivery of optimum level. 4) Build strong relationships with retail leaders, managers, and stakeholders at all levels 5) HR Reporting and Analytics: Collect and analyze retail people data to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to regional leaders and HR management.
Requirement 1) Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred), including 7+ years of HR business partnership/managerial experience gained within a multinational organization (consumer goods preferred) 2) Retail experience & background preferred. 3) Significant experience in culture transformation, leadership development and translate concepts into initiative/ action plans. 4) Proven track record in effectively partnering, challenging and influencing senior business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people and organization related decisions. 5) Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. 6) Fluent English. 7) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
