职责: 1、Report and analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business opportunities & risks and provide input for operational and strategic decisions. 2、Support the monthly forecasting process by preparing revenue, margin and expense analysis as needed for the brands. 3、Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process by completing financial projections, templates and risk & opportunity analysis for the local and global finance teams. 4、Build, develop, and maintain tools/systems to improve and streamline FP&A performance and processes. 5、Work closely with the Operations in key business processes & Inventory Planning . 6、Provide brand partnership to support strategic Initiatives and provide financial simulations for key investments and activities. 7、Support role for NZ based analyst (needs to have exposure to overall APAC business performance & processes) . 8、Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis. 要求: 1、Bachelor degree or above. 2、3 year working experience in related industry (retail or FMCG preferred). 3、Deeply understands the relationships between P&L activities with balance sheet and cash flow. 4、Strong financial planning and analytical skills. 5、Ability to develop effective financial reporting and analytical tools. 6、Basic understanding of accounting and Corporate Finance principles, including an understanding of project analysis, variance analysis & financial statements. 7、Strong understanding of systems and willingness to develop systems knowledge (experience with SAP preferred). 8、Highly proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Thinks strategically and provides thought leadership. 9、Fluent in English, added proficiency in Mandarin is also preferred.
