Responsibilities: 1.Provide executive support to GM in various business activities, including assist GM with translation and interpretation, meeting minutes, calendar management, travel logistics, and etc. 2.Assist GM with various presentations. 3.Coordinate internal and external communication and offer feedbacks promptly. 4.Coordinate related business conduct and follow up internal and external projects for GM under her supervision. 5.Provide assistance to projects that require the involvement of GM. 6.Manage budget for the project and overlook the ongoing expenses. 7.Communicate with outside agent and vender for projects. 8.Any other duties as required by GM.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Superior written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Mandarin and English are required; 3. Minimum 5 years working with GM level executive; 4. Aware of the professional standard on general management of business and experienced in dealing wiith GM's personal affairs; 5. Mature and high sense of confidentiality; 6. Planning and Organizing, Effective communication; 7. Proactive, strong self motivation.
