Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for both ASI Logistics and ASI Movers. - Analyze and report the ROI of offline and online campaigns, partnerships, and memberships to ensure optimal performance. - Content Creation: Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of weekly articles and posts for both entities, with a focus on promotion and SEO. - Social Media Management: Manage company accounts on WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring consistent and engaging content. - Website Management: Maintain the company's websites and liaise with IT to address any technical issues. - SEA Campaigns: Create, manage, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. - Communication Materials: Design and update marketing collateral including flyers, social media graphics, company presentations, and other promotional materials. - Partnership & Membership Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with local associations, chambers of commerce, companies, and institutions. - Attend relevant industry events and represent the company as needed. - Collaborate with various branches to develop content, templates, and communication materials tailored to their needs and target audience. - Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements: - Can legally work in China - Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - For Chinese candidates: proficiency in English is required; French is a plus - For foreign candidates: fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin and/or French is a plus. - Experience formatting articles for WeChat (using tools like Xiumi or alternatives) is a plus - A proactive attitude with strong commitment and a collaborative team spirit - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously - Be in good health and no infectious disease.
