岗位职责: Scope of Job: 1. LLSHR direct EC platform’s stores (Fliggy, Douyin, and potentially JD) daily operation 2. Platform membership cooperation and operation 3. Business data analysis and optimization
Main Responsibilities
1. New product launch preparations and store operations (including livestreaming operation) of the platform’s official flagship stores
- Work with vendors to manage the new product launch preparations and daily operations of LLSHR’s official flagship stores on Douyin and Fliggy platforms, including product management, system integration, membership, content, and vendor management, etc. - Based on comprehensive promotion and operation of the brand on the Douyin platform, effectively supervise vendor to manage Douyin store, short videos, live streaming, and information flow advertisements to achieve conversion and sales targets.
2. Product operation & Data Analysis & Marketing Activities
- Execute monthly and annual business plans to achieve platform sales targets. Simultaneously monitor competitor and platform marketing activities to identify business opportunities, delve into the characteristics and strategies of different channels, and provide analytical support to develop effective strategies to seize these opportunities. - Responsible for new product planning and pre-launch preparations, including discussing and formulating product terms and rules with internal collaboration departments, completing the writing of terms and rules, product descriptions, and all customer-facing materials, and ensuring internal approval is obtained. From a system perspective, responsible for communicating platform R&D resources, participating in related testing, identifying issues, and ensuring that all business aspects are ready before the product launch. - Responsible for the communication and implementation of promotional activities on the platform, including but not limited to major platform promotions, brand days, etc. This involves participation in mechanism and product design, event registration, communication with the platform, content preparation, and coordination for product launch.
3. Cross-departmental communication and collaboration
- Responsible for communicating platform ecosystem traffic resources, managing related traffic plans, providing effective marketing materials as per the plan, and ensuring all published materials are promptly approved. - Establish and maintain friendly relationships and effective communication with the customer service and operations teams. Optimize and update various special scenario handling processes. Prepare and ensure all materials, including event rules and FAQs, are completed in a timely manner before the product or event goes live. - Communicate efficiently with internal teams, including legal, finance, brand, and PR, to ensure timely acquisition or synchronization of event and product information. Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism on projects while fostering a positive attitude and team spirit. - Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
4. Health & Safety

In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake, and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Understanding on travel industry and ecommerce business operation, experience in operating Douyin life services industry is preferred. 2. Possess strong strategic thinking and logical reasoning abilities, with skills in organization planning, resource coordination, process design, and process monitoring 3. Positive and proactive values, strong self-motivation, excellent planning skills, good writing and aesthetic abilities are preferred, strong learning ability and diligence. 4. Strong sense of goal, excellent cross-channel and cross-departmental communication skills to ensure process efficiency. 5. Fluent in English both speaking and writing. 6. Good command of all kinds of office software.
