Role& Responsibilities: - Cooperate with Merchandising, Design and Development to ensure the final collection is reflecting market needs - Work closely with category merchandising (footwear, apparel and accessories teams) to ensure concept and product coordination across all product segments - Prepare market and competitor studies on an international level and specific for the Chinese market as well as analyze forecasts and sales analyses - Present the product lines to internal partners and key accounts - Ensure maintenance of key product information in relevant data systems and documents - Check the final FOB considering given target margins Role Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of apparel experience in a similar position with a top tier outdoor/sports company - Very good knowledge and passion for product, consumer trends as well as the outdoor market in China - Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation - Very good verbal and written language skills in Mandarin and English - Excellent communication skills - Strong Flexibility & Agility to adapt to changes, and open for new learnings
