岗位职责: 1. Manage purchase order in a well-organized manner, including goods return, track and renew the PO schedule and feedback to relevant dept. On a daily basis 管理采购单(包括退货):及时下单,维护跟踪采购单,更新交期并反馈给相关部门 2. Monitor & remind excess stock & EOL products 监控和提醒多余库存及已停止使用的产品来控制库存水平 3. Effectively work with suppliers to understand their products, management, and capacity etc., ensure suppliers‘ capacity improvement according to the marketing demand 跟供应商保持联系,关注供应商的供应能力 4. Check invoices with suppliers and apply for payment 跟供应商对帐,申请付款 5. Periodic evaluation on current suppliers参与供应商定期评估 6. Maintain and support 6S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行 7. Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
任职要求: 1. College or above degree 大专及以上学历 2. At least 3-year working experience in logistics or order management 至少有3年物流或订单管理工作经验. 3. Hard-working , good communication skills and team working attitude, can work under pressure 工作勤奋,良好的沟通和协同工作态度,能在压力下工作 4. Could accept travel and some work intensity能接受出差和一定的工作强度 5. Good computer skills 良好的计算机技能 6. Good verbal and written English communication skills良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力 7. Good problem solving skills & logical thinking 良好的问题解决能力和逻辑思维能力 8. Familiar with ERP(SAP) system 熟悉ERP(SAP)系统 9. Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况
