Job specification: 61 Proactively engage with all client business stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge 61 Connect with all client business POCs to understand the priority of incidents, and coordinate client Production Support team (both L1/L2 and L3) to get ETA of incident resolution and track progress. 61 Analyze highly repeated incidents and work with Production Support L3 team on problem management for long term solution. 61 Effectively communicate with both business function teams and Global Tech team. Work closely with global capability team and production support team, be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and Tech team. 61 Act as Tech subject matter expert in multi projects , overseeing the Tech relevant tasks and work streams. Support testing for related projects and coordinate with upstream/downstream applications when there is issue for integration. 61 Working with project team, monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high quality deliverable. 61 Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project in intake phase, which is under the guidance of Nike project methodology 61 Understand and assist Production Support for the changes on process, people and tools. Work with Production Support team to update/create playbook to ensure smooth and efficient operation support for the same objective in future.
Key qualification: 61 Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant. 61 >5 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role 61 SAP project experience is preferred. 61 Basic IT application architecture knowledge 61 Project management working experience is preferred. 61 Understand agile methodology. 61 Retail industry experience, supply chain knowledge is a plus 61 Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English. 61 Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill. 61 Multi-tasker.
